| Smoking and Applicances Policy |
For the safety of everyone, please do not smoke inside the room, hallway, and lobby. SMOKING can be done et the open area. Please refrain from using any ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES such as heaters, cooking appliances or irons that could cause a fire. |
| Prohibited Items |
Please DO NOT bring into hotel premises any of the following as they may disturb or impose danger to of the guests: OBJECTS EMITTING A FOUL ODOR, GUN POWDER, OILS OR OTHER EXPLOSIVES/UNREGISTERED FIREARMS/ILLEGAL DRUGS. Gambling or other activities which are contrary to good morals or may cause annoyance are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. |
| Visitor Policy and Damages |
Please refrain from inviting outside visitors to your rooms after 10:00 pm. You will be charged for any damage to the Hotel Properties causes by you or by the guests. |
| Room Keys |
ALWAYS LEAVE YOUR ROOM KEYS at the front desk when you leave the hotel premises. Lost room key will be charged to the guest at PHP 1,000.00 |
| Guest Security and Responsibility |
Please always keep the doors locked while you are inside the guest’s room. Secure your valuables property. THE HOTEL WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOST. You can keep your valuable things to the vault available at the front desk. |
| Lost and Found |
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS shall be surrendered to the appropriate authorities. |
| Security Deposit |
Security deposit worth PHP 2,000 will return upon check out or can be used for food and beverage consumption |

Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made through our website are non-refundable. This means that once the reservation is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures.
Rebooking is allowed for cancellations due to force majeure.
