All rooms have private bathrooms, personal wardrobe, desk, telephone and free WIFI internet access. In addition, rooms come with all the modern equipment to bring the convenience and safety for guests, such as flat screen TV sets, air conditioners, menu tour, refrigerators and the other necessaries.

GUEST HOUSE RULES

  1. STANDARD CHECK IN TIME IS AT 2:00PM AND STANDARD CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 12:00 NOON. Please inform the front desk at least 1 hour before your check out time to facilitate faster payment of your bills.
  2. For the safety of everyone, please do not smoke inside the room, hallway, and lobby. SMOKING can be done et the open area.
  3. Please refrain from using any ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES such as heaters, cooking appliances or irons that could cause a fire.
  4. Please DO NOT bring into hotel premises any of the following as they may disturb or impose danger to of the guests: OBJECTS EMITTING A FOUL ODOR, GUN POWDER, OILS OR OTHER EXPLOSIVES/UNREGISTERED FIREARMS/ILLEGAL DRUGS.
  5. Please refrain from inviting outside visitors to your rooms after 10:00 pm.
  6. You will be charges for any damage to the Hotel Properties causes by you or by the guests.
  7. Gambling or other activities which are contrary to good morals or may cause annoyance are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  8. ALWAYS LEAVE YOUR ROOM KEYS at the front desk when you leave the hotel premises. Lost room key will be charged to the guest at PHP 1,000.00
  9. Please always keep the doors locked while you are inside the guest’s room. Secure your valuables property. THE HOTEL WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOST.
  10. You can keep your valuable things to the vault available at the front desk.
  11. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS shall be surrendered to the appropriate authorities.
  12. Security deposit worth PHP 2,000 will return upon check out or can be used for food and beverage consumption
